Do you offer vegetarian/vegan meals?

We currently do not offer these options, however these will be available in the near future

What if I have allergies?

Each meal contains the allergy information – both on the website as well as on the box, so please check this before purchasing. Also please note that we cannot guarantee against the risks from cross contamination as we operate from a relatively small space.

How do I heat up my meals?

The meals can be heated up for 3 min in the microwave from chilled, or 7.5min from frozen.

Does the menu change each week?

Yes, we rotate meals each week and are constantly adding in new dishes to ensure our customers are always satisfied.

Do the meals have the calories and nutrient info?

Yes, all of our meals state the total calories along with the macronutrient breakdown.

How long do the meals last?

Our meals are chef prepared and delivered fresh, so typically they have a refrigerated shelf life of about 3-5 days.

Can the meals be frozen?

Yes, we always recommend eating them fresh; however if you’re unable to finish your meals within their shelf life, you can always pop them into the freezer for extended storage.

Do you do home delivery?

Yes we currently provide home delivery to the following boroughs ;

Lambeth, Lewisham, Southwark , Tower Hamlets, Hackney , Islington , Haringey, Camden

Do I need to be home to receive my meals?

We deliver the meals every Monday either in the afternoon or evening. Please let us know which time works for you in the comments section at checkout.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription at anytime?

Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account
